This home was built in the 1960’s and in much need of a professional remodel. The kitchen was 10’x10’ space and closed off creating a claustrophobic feeling.
Work began with demoliton and removing several load bearing walls throughout the kitchen area and the adjacent rooms.
As work commenced several structural beams and support piers where added in the kitchen which dramatically opened the floor plan.
• A new rough opening was framed for the kitchen window.
• Plumbing relocated and brought to code.
• All new electrical and electrical subpanel were added.
•All new wood flooring.
•New cabinets and appliances.
•New undercabinet lighting.
Project duration 8 weeks and very happy customers.
